Thais Furlough is an actress, comedian, writer, and lifelong performer who believes every good story needs a little heart, a little humor, and occasionally, a really good fight scene.

Born in Brazil and based in California for the past 15 years, Thais has been performing since she was two years old, her first role on stage came as Dopey in Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. Years later, while playing with her heavy metal band, she was discovered as a singer, which led her to start performing in musicals and opened the door to a whole new chapter of her career.

Thais earned her Bachelor’s in Acting from the New York Film Academy and later attended UCLA for a degree in Screenwriting. She has appeared in numerous independent short and feature films and has also stepped behind the camera, winning Best Director at the Downtown Film Festival in Los Angeles for a short film she wrote and directed.

She’s a Pilates instructor and loves staying active, having trained in boxing and kickboxing and currently practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Thais is a big nerd who loves comic books, building LEGOs, and playing video games. Some say she’s the hottest girl at the party until she opens her mouth to explain how the 35 types of Kryptonite affect Superman differently.

Her biggest dream is simple: become a Marvel superhero and star in action comedies.

Until then, she’s busy acting, writing, creating, fighting, laughing—and spending as much time as possible with her Corgi, Sir Patrick, who has made it very clear that he is the real talent in the family.
